Booking Terms & Conditions

  • During your Booking period, removalists must park on Nicholson Court.

  • To successfully facilitate your move-in or move-out, Building Management requires a minimum of 72 hours notice during business hours.

  • Move In/Out bookings are necessary so that we can ensure the lift is padded for your large bulky items.

  • Residents may still bring hand-carried items in after their booking, we just request that you do not impact other residents also moving In/Out

  • Removalists are to vacate their parking after the booking period to allow other residents removalists to park.

  • Goods are to be brought through the main entrances. Care must be taken when moving large items.

  • You must upload your removalist's public liability certificate of currency to this form.

  • The resident must be present to manage the removalist at all times.

  • Removalists must not prop open doors or lock off lifts except as instructed by Building Management.

  • No items are to be placed against walls, doors or left unattended in the lobby at any time.

  • Residents are responsible for clearing all rubbish from the common property.

  • It is strictly prohibited to dump hard rubbish or large packaging in the bin rooms or any common areas.

  • The resident is responsible for any damage caused to the common property.

  • Residents must not permit vehicles to restrict Car Park access.
